F.A.Q

Why should I use Quantified.Company’s tool? How are you different from other survey tools?

We call ourselves a survey tool sometimes, but just because we don’t have a better expression yet. What we actually do is gathering a big team’s (hundreds of people) common knowledge fast, using open questions. It’s a bit like reddit, or quora, but we are focused on companies’ needs. We analyse the data with natural and artificial intelligence to provide deep insights to the management.

Ok but how are you different again?

We are fun for the team and we give deep insights for the management.

What is the output of the process?

The real output is an action plan by your company, which is based on the presentation we generate. See and example here.

What are typical business areas you support?

Whenever you think the whole company is smarter together. For example:

  • Strength and Challenges (Why do we like to work here, what are the challenges)

  • Employer branding

  • OnBoarding process evaluation

  • Exit interview

  • Leadership trainings

  • Crisis management

  • Meeting preparation (e.g. what would you ask from the CEO)

  • Retrospective (about a project, a meeting, a conference etc)

  • Company Values

  • Developmental ideas

Do I have to download an app, or integrate your solution in any way?

Nope. Typically companies import the list of their employees into our system using an excel export from their HR database as a data bridge. You can also just generate a link in our system and share it with your team. Typically our partners are helping companies to set up everything. Average time needed from the customer’s side is 2-4 hours, which is spent on consulting about their needs.

How do you handle customer data?

With respect and care. We follow, and even like GDPR rules, you can read about this in more detail here.

How much time do we need to learn about your tool?

Zero from your team, and 2-4 hours from HR. Team members get a link, they click on it, and they are ready to work. HR consults us or our partners about the goals, and typically gets full support including workshops to work with the data and to develop an action plan.

We already have a survey tool, should I try yours?

Good for you :) Surveys are great, they can bring valuable you insight but there are some problems with them, mostly because they focus on numerical values. That’s why companies have to supplement them with focus groups and other interview tactics. In many cases our customers run their surveys, find a protruding data point and ask us to run a “focus group”. Then the group is actually the whole organisation, or a unit so everybody can add their input.
